Prices depend on the season and range from 800 to 1,200 baht per day, which is more than reasonable for an apartment of that type and location. Also there is a discount system for customer’s residing over 10-20-30 days: respectively 10% -20% -30% from the base value — 800 baht, as well as specials.deals for long-term leases.
